I bought an AP2 SSM true oem lip from Jap-Spec Dec 16th and had some trouble getting the tracking # and getting conformation that the item was shipped. Very fluent when first talking about buying and shipping, but a couple of weeks after I continually asked about the tracking # and did not recieve it. This doesn't really matter because I recieved the lip today. I am actually really pissed off because of the condition of the lip. He took pictures of the lip (4) and from the pictures, it seemed to be in really good condtion. Here is a quote from him in our messenger "And the lip is in pretty good shape with no significant damage and looks great mounted". LIES!!! There are too many scratches on the lip to count, not to mention 4-5 chips. The left bottom corner has a 1"x1" piece missing out of it. Also the lip has been repaired before with fiber glass. The bottom of the lip isn't horizontal meaning it is bent. There are scratches all on the bottom too. I wouldn't be that mad if there were a couple that I could touch up, but this lip needs to be repaired beyond what I paid for it ($250). Last but not least, it wasn't shipped in a box (just wrapped in bubble wrap), which is what I would of prefered. There wasn't any damage from the shipping but who knows with the way the shipping companys are treating the packages these days.

In a nut shell, I wouldn't not buy from Jap-Spec, but just make sure you get plenty of close up pictures and hark on getting that tracking # and possibly insurance(which cost like $3.00 for like $150 and so on).
