Ok hear is the word I got from Phil tonight. He is F@cked I guess from not paying tax's and tickets and what not, all of his assets have ben seiesed buy the franchise tax board. He said that he has no internet at home or a computer. He said that he does not have anyone's money or parts. He said to go ahead and file dispute with paypal and your credit card company and try to get your money back. or he will try to pay people back as soon as he get's a new job and starts making money.


Ok I did my part and found out what is going on I'm sorry that this has happend to who ever got burned. i cant say why he will not pick up his phone I guess he really has nothing to say for himself so why pick up. ok now you know

Yes it is true thats what phil told me last night when I talked to him on the phone. Lets not post all kinds of stuff about him he is in some really big trouble right now. the last thing he needs is all of us posting on hear.

 

Parking tickets is the least of his problems. Taking people's money, tens of thousands of it and vanishing with it is MAJOR problem. We are talking significant time in a federal pen for interstate commerce fraud, wire fraud, mail fraud you name it. I hope you're in Mexico man because unless you sort this out pronto you are in deep shit.

 

Man, I am getting scared of the potential consequences just reading this.

I don't really know Phil but if what happened is true, this is a terrible event for all parties involved.

 

You can't blame that guy for getting mad. You would be in his shoes if this happened to you
