i've tried monster, careerbuilder and such..
i believe its because i do not have that much experience in the field so people dont usually hire a college grad that doesnt have the exp required for the position.
just wondering if anyone know if some co. is hiring..
do have some computer skills. ie putting them together etc
customer service skills ie frys

depending on how long ago you graduated, you should (have) use(d) the sdsu career center ... they have a lot of power to help you find a job... or gone to all the career fairs at sdsu on the quad...
there is a company that does a lot of big name career fairs at the embassy suites in la jolla/utc, and the name is escaping me... they have good solid companies there usually, not like the cheapo career fairs at the scottish rite center or wherever..
i am sure someone here knows the name ... if i think of it i will post it...

ya i've went to those sdsu careers fairs, but most of em arent looking for recent grads without any experience. they all want some kind of experience either retail or something. thats why i went to frys to get that exp.
also tried applying to target for their department management trainee but i dont seem to be the 'person' they're looking for. guess i need to be 6 ft with blonde hair and blue eyes
just wana job so i know i didnt waste my time in college

You did not waste your time going to college... you just have to be patient and look in the right places. Having done internships in college would have helped also...
Try Geico - they have a career fair coming up and it is great experience with a nationally known company.. sh*t thats where I started... try looking on craigslist, there are hundreds of jobs posted daily...

this is the company I was thinking of earlier.. they have excellently run career fairs... check it out...

As another recent graduate (Dec 05), I'd say to look for networking. A word from an insider will give you higher chance to get an interview. From there, it's up to you.
Also, as SD 2K said, revise your resume to perfection. It's a self-advertisement to get you a call from hiring managers. It will give the first impression.
Finally, never settle for less. If you are patient, good opportunities will come.
Good luck
