I've taken my car to Pacific Honda a couple of times for fluid changes. They messed up a little the second time and overfilled the engine oil, so I can't really recommend them. The express service is fine for a simple oil change.
I've had good results with Hunda Automotive in Poway (13905 Poway Rd, 858-486-2403). They appear knowledgeable, but are not particularly inexpensive and will try to sell you additional service, so you need to be firm about what you need. They were telling me about a complete engine replacement (overrev) they did for another S2000.

Cush Honda is on the s2000 dealership blacklist and has pending complaints with the BBB. Take it for what you will...
I'm trying to find a dealership that will order me touchup paint in moonrock.

I've taken my TL-S to Ball Acura since the first day, they have given me only the best service, I always ask for a discount (it never hurts) and they alway give me a 10% discount right off the bat. Had my TL there for a trannie replacement, they gave me a rental for free (another TL-S) since they are on the same lot, Ball Acura and Honda, the crew is the same, I think...They always been straight with me. I'll be bringing my S2000 there for service also...Try them out... good luck.
