Oh, and after you pull the old oneyou should try and sell the old one for dirt cheap. Theres always someone on the enternet that wants your old crap.

Ive never seen an s2k tranny before from the underside but isnt the drain plug just a casing that you can replace??? Or Is it the whole transmission that you have to replace since its one piece??
Would the clutch package that HTG offers be okay for NA applications? The reason why I ask is because it says that its reccomended for SC and TC setups. How is the takeup feel of the clutch with those who have this? stock? heavy?on/off??

you can replace the housing, but you have to rip the tranny apart and put it back together....honda quoted me a fair price of 1700
and honda denies my goodwill
imma try and get it welded tomorrow, wish me luck

i think the JB weld idea was a great one!! you should really try that - DIY.
thread the bolt in if possible ( this SEALS the hole ) jb weld around the bolt ( scuff the housing prior to jb'ing it though )
