Default Tranmission fluid

hey guys, help me out please, i wanna change my transmission fluid but i dont know what kind or the best kind to get, my third gear grind, i dont think ive change my fluid, so im plannin on changin it before a race this friday at qualcomm. thanks guys.

Doesn't the new oem honda mtf better than gm syncromesh with frictions modifier? I think I read somewhere that the new oem mtf has a similar additive that acts like a friction modifier. And from what I read on these forums, gm syncro makes your tranny feel clunky after a few thousand miles of driving it

Any thoughts?
Cause I need to change my tranny fluid also and want to know what should be used
