my car is sooooo dirty !! might bring my buddy with a turbo integra, if thats ok ??

well i think i could be in for this one. although once again this may have fallen on a duty weekend for me, i will have to check with my job to see if i'm working or not. if not i will be doing a tranny diff and oil special. and i was wandering what kind of motor oil you guys use, after 70000 miles i'm still using ginuine honda motor oil and it burns like a S.O.B. and what kinda of diff fluid do yall use/should i buy? i will add myself to the list when i'm sure i can make it, i'll know by tonite.
