Mission Bay has always been the greatest place for a BBQ. There's a big open spot at the Bahia, but it lacks a great deal of shade. There's also a "sweet" spot on the other side of the fence of Barefoot Bar (at Paradise Pointe). We'll have to stake out the area early and maybe even get a permit, but if we start planning early it shouldn't be a problem.
