So what did he reply when you asked him why you were pulled over? Can't these charges be thrown out if he had no reason to pull you over?
I didn't ask. I already knew why...didn't want to try pushing him in the wrong direction.

i totally agree with nick in this situation... i have been pulled over and sent to the ref on many ocassions, the reason that i dont wish to stop running my test pipe or other "illegal" mods it that why shouldnt we be able to !! the mods should only be brought up if your doing something illegal that involves them IE; street racing or exibition of speed or something like that.... not just "oh i saw your car and you might have an intake" give me a break... they cant even return peoples taxes in CA and they spend 600,000 to make sure you dont have a different filter on your car.... FYI in AZ or 95% of other states there is none of this BS period.... you could be 600 hp and no cop with give a crap, I hate ca for all this !! i am sure that there are legitimate crimes taking place when your getting pulled over for your intake !

Angles

yeah the roads are pretty crappy over there. I will usually take alternate routes just to avoid dips in the neighborhoods.

Wow, how annoying!

I was really lucky I guess... Cop was shining a flashlight on the
big bold "Kraftwerk Systems" lettering and just went right on by
it...

Big day coming up for you dude!

I've had the same thing happen to me twice in San Marcos! Hence why my car is rocking my stock cat-back currently, I got sick of getting stopped to and from work!!

Watch out guys, and keep your cats on! There cracking down!

How does it work when you get a ticket for being too low? Can you just raise the car via your coilovers or do you have to swap to stock?
