have you tried putting an ad or classified in union tribune?
something in the lines of :
ATTN: Rob Reyes. Give me my money back for all the stuff you did. Or i will pursue legal matters, Rob.
pretty sure someone will read it and it'll click... so funny if his family reads it and knows he's in debt
