ok made it past today hope it will get better as the days go on. Ok after Hooters was hard! But no smoking yet !!!!

Kudos to you guys! I gave up coffee a few months ago and that was bad enough, but it's 10x worse for you.

I have not had a cig all day. I feel as if I'm coming down with a cold so I figure now is a perfect time to quit. The smoking would only make it worse. I love this thread, when in need just post and get it off our minds. I'm hurting over here, but I'll make do.

Very hard but you gotta start. Once you start then just keep staying away from cigarette. I've been smoking 6 years since I turned 18 (always try to be legal) but exception for 1 year haitus because of car accident, it's been really hard. Good luck man... set an example for other smokers like me

just ate lunch...this sucks the after meal Ciggie...oh well, i'm out of candy, scared to go to AM/PM, people know me by first name and always have a pack ready to go when I walk up...damn...I'll send someone for some sweets!!! I'm okay....a lil crazy but okay
