1st 24 hours had passed by... met up my smoker friend for lunch but resisted the temptation (for some reason, I wasn't craving it)...
doing it without Nicorette or other things.. ALL WILLPOWER!! haha it's been only one day for me.. a long one.. looking forward to get through 2nd day
