Speaking of which, whats the best coilovers for the set it and forget it crowd. ive been looking at the bilstein pss9 just because the quality seems so high, but i think they might be overkill for someone thats just going to set, corner balance, then probably never mess with them again.

Espelir asd. Drops the car 1.3 inches front and back. A little stiffer than stock springs also. Its the set I'm looking into getting.

I think anything lower than 1.5 inches is gonna have a negative effect on the shocks, but anything higher than that shouldn't be too bad and your shocks shouldn't wear out any faster than normal, unless you're jumping the car or have 400 lbs ladies sitting in it everytime you drive

And I agree with hockey about going with springs and koni yellow setup. When your shocks do go out, just swap em out with koni yellows. By the time the stock shocks do go out, you should have enough money saved up to get the konis

GL on your setup choice

PSS9's are a good choice...best bang for the buck. I'm hoping to get them when my F2's go out

Just do what I tell John...cut your OEM springs

Anyone heard of D2 coilovers?
They are 32-way adjustable and retail for around $1300, but I can get them for waaaaaay cheaper.

Sorry to thread-jack.
