We choose to not to have one. I guess by law you will have to have one on the front. Honestly, I dont care to have one in the front bumper.

Legally, yes. You do need a front license plate to drive in state of CA, but there are plenty that drive, including myself, that do not drive with one

uugghh...i just replaced the bolt, but noticed that my bumper had gotten scraped from the dangling of the plate back n forth!!!

and yea...i moved to the west coast for some better weather...what's going on???

Not a fan of front plates myself. Though I did get a ticket in my Integra for it.

I acutally got pulled over for speeding and he let me off as a warning becuase I didnt have a front plate. That was teh only time I have been pulled over.

I just think he gave me a break because he knew I was a Vet for the US Marines I guess serving your country has there advantages

Its funny because I know the cop was looking for something to pull me over for. He followed me for awhile, then he passed me and went into a lane to turn right. He pretty much stopped in the lane and waited for me to pass. Then pulled me over for no front plate. It was only 10 bucks though, signed off.
