I had to end up getting sketchy with my exhaust and CAT by using my foot and pushing my hands against a wall and pushing with my foot, sprayed alot of wd40 on it also, if i remember right on my IS300 it cost like 150-200 to install an exhaust.

you have a breaker bar? should brake most bolts loose. hasn't failed me yet
