lol no more vtec lag no more vtec period your car has become a nissan!
I understand why honda came up with vtec and the different cam profiles...it's to assist with daily driving...but my car isn't a daily driver...i want it to perform, so i want my curves as smooth as possible and i want to be hitting my torque peak as low in teh RPM range as possible.
When I wen to the dyno shop, there was a 1998 GTI that had just gotten dyno'ed...his peak numbers were't all that great...168whp and 138wtq. However...he could probably smoke any stock s2k...cuz he hit his torque peak @ 3k rpm and STAYED at peak through the rest of the RPM band

lol my friend has 06 gti stock we did like 5 runs rolls and digs i beat him everytime, and the next day he got it chipped a trial version for 5 hours we ran again, lol i barely won by like 10 inches i would say for my car from a roll, and from a dig he couldnt any better no traction, so even if it takes long in the end i still won from rolls we did 40, and i took him BARELY cause he was at 250 whp and like 270 wtq with his chip and i could tell, low end tq is scary cause he always got the jump on me
