As a frequentor of Dim Sum and Jasmines, Jasmine does NOT serve Dim Sum past 2:00pm. So if you go for dinner you won't be getting Dim Sum and their Dinner prices are quite high.

Yes Dim Sum is only a lunch/brunch offering. The food at Jasmine is so so. There are plenty cheaper restaurants that dont make you wait quite as long either around the convoy area.
