car whistling/humming

i don't know if this thread has already been covered but why does the s2000 hums/ whistle when u drive with the airbox cover off. if already been covered point me to the right directioin. thanks.

its cause there is more air entering..its gets even louder if you install a V2 or FIPK

it wasnt really annoying for me, put the top down then you wont hear it!
