Default Blew my tire

I blew my tire last week the rear right. I got a new tire drove out and felt the car was moving left and right on its own so I went back and told them they didn't balance my tire. They then showed me that my rim was bent and I need a new one. The dealership said $560 for just the 1 rim. So anyone know where I can get a cheaper price or a good deal on a new set of rims....... If i'm gonna pay that much I might as well get a new set.

Anyone know any good shops around here with some good deals?

i actually am going through the same ordeal right now. tire blew out on the 405, im waiting for a new set to arrive (hopefully tomorrow). anyways, i brought my damaged tire with rim to the shop and they placed it on a machine to see if the rim was bent or not. do you know if the shop that did the install used a similiar machine? i would find it hard to believe they wouldnt since it took less than a minute. i guess my concern is that the machine isnt always right...

anyways, good luck.

I think its that machine where they use to balance tires...... Basically they put the rim on like they would on a car close the little cap and it spins it with a computer readout too. I saw it myself and the rim itself was moving left and right while the tire seem fine. Doesn't take that long so I'm guessing its the same machine you saw since every tire shop I've been to has this.
