Ella and I will be transfering to Japan in September of 07 and we are renting out our townhome. We have a prospective renter who is a friend of mine.

The issue is that his wife will be in town as soon as January and we may need to move out sooner than we had hoped. If this is the case.....anyone want to rent out a room to me and Ella until we transfer?

Rent is negotiable....just looking for a place to rest until we leave.

I will be in and out of San Diego for schools from June till August. So most of the time it will be just Ella.

Me and Kim will be moving out for our apartment and renting a house around the end of January. I need more space and a garage to work on my car. Since there is no 1 bed/1 bath houses, there will most likely be a second room that no one will use. I'll hit you up a PM. This way, I could show you how to install superchargers and turbochargers the right way, and not with a hammer.
