ok ok.. how about the wine run up in temecula? You can rent a limo for like $125/day which fits 8 people and it tours to several wineries to do some tasting.. the wineries are only like $5-10 per tasting and you go through 4 or so.
cheap..

Track day sounds good. fillmatic said SPY ENGEN. and Moder Image is going to rent Willow Springs out for a whole weekend of something like that and he said we can attend with them. Of course we have to pay our way but the track wont be cluttered wit as many other cars. Just my 0.02
Kind regards,
Joe

Well, I'm thinking that since the very definition of an S2000 is about being out in the sun, we should do something like that. If you want this to be a big event, then it's going to have to be a BBQ/car meet. Maybe we can reserve a section of the parking lot at one of the Qualcomm events.
If this is going to be a smaller event, then it would be cool to also do something that doesn't have anything else to do with the cars. For instance, we can go to a Water Park or something.
Better yet, bring the whole group down to Adelita's in T.J.!!! (You'll need about $50.00 a person and if you don't know what Adelita's is, then I'm sure as hell not going to tell you!).
Seriously though, I've done some big events and the first thing to decide is "what is this event for?" From there, you can decide weather this should be something geared around the cars (like a BBQ,picnic, beach get together where all the cars are parked together) or something for the people on this forum (Everything else having nothing to do w/ the cars).
Just my 2cents.
