Default Complete Tubular Sidewinder Turbo Setup

Long story short. I have been putting this kit together for several months and doing a ton of research to use only the highest quality parts. I got my acceptance into Pharmacy school and it doesn't make sense to make 500whp and let it sit in the garage. Most of the parts are brand new still in the box. I have receipts of all the parts. All the coating is brand new.

Used Parts with 1500 miles or less:

Custom Stainless Steel Tubular Sidewinder Manifold (beautiful tig welds) with 45 degree wastegate opening per Garrett specs made by BMCrace in Houston,TX - Ceramic coated black
3 inch down pipe/up pipe vband flex pipe - Ceramic coated black
Dump tube vband - ceramic coated black
3 inch charged pipes - powder coated textured black
Moddiction oil catch can & over flow tank with -AN fitting and black nylon tubing - powder coated textured black
GodSpeed 800 hp Intercooler
All V-bands and T-Bands and Silicone Couplers.
Valve Cover with -AN fittings welded for catchcan - Powder Coated Textured Red
A-pillar 2 gauge pod with defrost opening already mounted on stock A-pillar.
AEM Uego - Brand new Bosch wideband sensor and wiring
Autometer Pro-Comp Ultra lite Boost gauge
Oil Pan with -AN welded for oil return line.
SS oil feed line and return line.
Miscellaneous bolts, nuts, washers, and studs.

New Parts:

GT3582R v-band anti-surge housing T3 .82 a/r
ID1000's w/ PnP
FB340 fuel pump
Tial Q - red
Tial 44mm MVR Wastegate - red
ACT 6 Puck Clutch & PP
ACT Prolite Flywheel
Honda UREA Grease
ARP manifold studs
Nordlock washers

Here's a pic of the manifold on the previous owner's car (BB 08 CR). He made 430 whp & 301 tq on a Mustang dyno on 93 octane with the cheap Godspeed turbo.

800 hp intercooler. Its a monster!

Still wrapped up. BEAST!

45 degree wastegate opening to manifold recommended by Garrett.
Connection to the manifold greatly affects flow capability, and correct orientation of the wastegate to the manifold is essential. For example, placing the wastegate at 90° to the manifold will reduce flow capacity by up to 50%! This greatly reduces the control that you have over the system and puts your entire drivetrain at risk. Instead, the ideal connection is at 45° with a smooth transition. -Garrett Manual

Thanks for the kind words. Almost installed it 2 weeks ago but the g/f slapped me back to reality...sad but true . If only school didn't consume so much of my time but 4 years of Grad school so should go by quick.

Have a buyer put a down payment on the system. Giving him some time to gather rest of the funds.

I was in the exact same boat and I know how much it sucks, but it's worth it in the end so don't let it get you down.
