Have used Zaino for some time now and am familiar with the products. Wife's car has a pearl white finish - can i use Z-5 on it?

I will clay the car followed by z-pc with my porter cable. should i then follow with z-5 or go to z-2

If you're going to polish it first, I'd go for the z-2. The only reason to use z-5 over z-2 is because it has fillers which will help mask swirl marks. That's why it's recommended for darker colors which tend to show the swirl marks more. Whereas z-2 is optically pure and won't hide a thing. I think it's because of that, the z-2 makes metallic and pearl paints pop better.
