Zaino on a new car
Search came up empty but...
I've had the car for almost 3 weeks, and finally was able to buy zaino products and a new foam gun! Should I be waiting any certain time to begin the process or I should go ahead and do it as soon as possible?
I can wait to be an anal retentive in trying to keep my S clean and shiny!

Bought a 2006 Accord last month. I had them leave all the plastic film on, no prep. I took it home, peeled the plastic off, removed the adhesive marks with Goo Gone, washed with Dawn dishwashing soap, clayed the car, washed again, used Wolfgang pre-wax paint cleaner, applied two coats of Zaino Z2 pro.

When you buy a new car you should protect the paint ASAP. Factory paint cures almost immediately because they bake the paint in a very hot oven. So, there is no waiting period.
If you have your car re-painted the body shop will likely bake the paint as well, but in a much cooler oven. So, there is a 30-90 wait before you can protect the paint.
