Z12 - is the glass polish. its prime intent is to reduce hazing, minor scratching etc, acid rain etching . .etc
i dont imagine there is anything wrong with doing it each time you wash- but i cant see the need really.
i suppose it will help you keep up on the environmental etching from acid rain - wiper swipe etc. . .
as a note - i do my windows 2-3 times a year - . and i dis-like the powdery residue left behind by this particular product =- but have to live with it to get the results i suppose.
are you doing it by hand - or with a polisher ?

I do it by hand homer(i use one of zaino's cotton applicators). To remove it i use a 100% cotton t-shirt(seems to come off a little easier than with a towel). I also get the powdery residue left behind when i use this product + i find Z-12 to be zaino's biggest pain in the ass product(very difficult to apply and remove), even Z-14 is easier to work with than the glass cleaner. The only thing that keeps me using Z-12 is the results, glass looks great, no other product i've used for glass has been able to give me these perfect results.

by hand?
you must have the biceps and forearms of a weightlifter
i use a randonm orbital (the only zaino product i would ever do that with) and find myself winded - hehehe
ok, im not in great shape - but i do like the results - and am glad you do as well. you are the first person i've run across who does it that regularly (man i wish you were my customer)
do you deal with a local dist - or the factory itself?

i deal with Carl Voellm(Zaino distributor), he sold his red C5 convertible and moved up to the electric blue Z06, havn't seen the Z06 yet(gonna get up there soon running out of Z-7, Z-9 & Z-10). He's a really helpful guy & knows very much about detailing(lots of great tips). Last time i was there he had 50+ coats on his C5, thats all it took for me to become a zaino user for life, nothing else compares. Now if zaino would only make a product for convertible tops that would just top it all off.
