it is o.k., but after polish you dont need to dawn-
and i only clay when the car needs it...
feel the car and you can tell.
info on one way to feel it:

polish will remove just about everything from the car's surface, so you do need to rezaino.

Thanx wanabe for your reply. I'm getting my car back from the bodyshop with a new bumper and they are gonna polish my car. I haven't zainoed my car for a year now. I was planning to wash it with dawn, clay bar, etc. What do u recommend? I want my car to shine as much as possible.
