Shampoo - Meg's Gold CLass. Easy to find and cheap
Clay- Aiken..... LOL actually Clay Magic - the original
Polish- Optimum polishes and compounds
Synthetic-Zaino/Wolfgang tie
Carnauba- Pinnacle Souveran, pricey but very nice.
Wheel cleaner- P21s Wheel Cleaner
Vinyl/rubber- 303 my all around go to
Leather- Townsends
Carnauba detail spray- Meg's Final Detail (no longer made)
Synthetic detail spray- diluted Zaino Z8
Glass- Stoner's Invisible Glass
Engine cleaner- Diluted APC
Bug and Tar - Stoner's Tarminator




Some other must have tools:
Creeper and seat with wheels - Jeg's brand
Steam Cleaner - Seaco Piccolo
Vac - Craftsman wall mount wet/dry
Brushes - i have a ton of makeup brushes, some cheap some $30 a piece.
Mitt - Sheepskin
Many MF Towels - Mostly from Pakshak and Autogeek. Some drying some polishing, a few glass.
Polishing machine - PC 7336 (more use than a rotary for well taken care of cars)

ubetit- what are your dilution ratios? and do you use distilled water?
(for your z8 and your apc)

Also, what APC do you like to use? I've been using the Meguiar's APC for a while now and I like it very much. Typically, I use it at 4:1 for exterior cleaning and 11:1 for interior cleaning.

I cut my Z8 in half with distilled. One bottle makes two

Mikey and wanabe I use Meguiars APC . I dilute it to different ratios. Engine bays are 3:1. Interior is 10:1

wow, i just keep on learnin!

i have never diluted my z8, but now just gotta try it!
apc diluted does work well...
