Default Windex on Wheels?

I took my car to a wash-and-dry type place and paid to have my wheels and tires shined.
I noticed the guy spray the same blue stuff on my wheels as he used on my windows (I assume it's windex or something similar).
Is that safe? I have an AP1 with the stock wheels now, but I'm going to invest in some new wheels/tires soon and I don't want to risk screwing them up.
What do you guys think?

As long as there is no nemonia you should be ok. Clear Coat on the wheels will protect them just fine. Now would I do it or recommend doing it? NO! But it's wont kill yah. I say next time you hand wash the car and clean rims real nice put a coat of synthetic wax on them and they will last longer.

Just because the liquid is BLUE doesn't mean it's Windex (or window cleaner for that matter).

Just ask my dad. Back when I used to live with my parents my dad grabbed a bottle of blue liquid he assumed was window cleaner to clean up his windows. It was tire dressing.

If it was window cleaner there is nothing to worry about.
