Why does my S2000 attract so much dust?

Well I can not speak for new formula Zaino or the fact that you let the car sit in the garage for a test but ....

There have been some wax tests and unfortunately I can not find the link right now that shows pictures of cars driven in dusty environments with the P21s attracting much less dust.

Waxes are individual preferences .. I gave up on Zaino and switch to Klasse toped with P21s. I get the protection of an acrylic topped by the best shine available. I also don't use a detailer spray; P21s is my "detail spray" because it is so quick and easy putting on a new coat.

Very good review btw.

Interesting but not at all the experience I am having right now. Now I need to find a dusty road I can go have some fun on.

I've also noticed on Autopia that the sentiment early on was that Zaino attracted dust, then as some did their experimenting, that changed.
