Talking Who says global warming is so bad?

I decided to take the day off of work and spend a little bit of time with the car since the weather is so nice and the wifey is out of town. Ill try to take a couple better pictures tomorrow. These were all taken about 20 minutes before sunset so the lighting doesnt do the work much justice. Hope you guys enjoy....here is what I used:

1st wash was with dawn
2nd wash with Meguire's Gold Class shampoo and conditioner
Turtle wax waxing compund
Meguiare's scratch X remover
3rd wash with Meguire's Gold Class shampoo and conditioner
2 coats of Meguiare's Glod Class wax
4th wash with Meguire's Gold Class shampoo and conditioner
2 coats of Perfect Detail polishing spray.
Windows done with Invisible Glass

Can I get my badge now?

great job!!
and nice pics- yellow is hard to photograph, but i can see your shine anyway-

and not the "normal way" to get a badge (usually a pm to me does it, but i just happened to be cruising the board and caught this)... so badge is in the oven. takes about 5 minutes to cook and it will appear soon-
welcome to the group!

I washed it with dawn the first time to strip the wax that was already on the car. A lot of people I know hate doing, this but ive done it to all of my cars for years (about twice a year) and it suits me. It is also tougher on bugs and bird crap. To each their own i guess.

I also washed the car between products to insure consistant and even coverage of all the products. When I wash after appling the product it puts my mind at ease that im taking another pass to make sure I didnt miss any parts or leave something on the paint. That and the Turtle wax is quite dusty.
