the top is the same material as much of your interior (vinyl)...
so either vinylex or 303 work well (wash the top first if it is dirty with your car shampoo or porsche top cleaner, then use the vinylex or 303 to finish and preserve).

I purchased the 303 cleaner and protectant from Classic Motoring

It works great. Just one word of caution...don't get it on the paint. Not the end of the world but it will spot and you will have to wash it off. Good luck!

My husband ran into a guy this past week that uses Scotch Gard on the vinyl top. He said it looked very nice. but the guy said to be careful of the overspray on the rest of the car. I am not sure if I want to try that or the Lexol like everyone else seems to suggest. The long term effects is what I worry about. Jackie

I found a vinyl cleaner that works pretty well at a boat store. They also had the "303" Protectant and a cleaner routine cleaning of the rear window ('00 plastic window). Boats have a lot of vinyl tops and plastic windows, and are in a pretty harsh environment, so a boat store should have some suitable products.
