where to buy 303 cleaner/aerospace in NJ?

Cleaners generally won't do that. You clean the top, the use a second product to help restore the color. But the effect does have its limits...

Look for the nearest West Marine, they carry several products from the 303 line. There are a few locations in Monmouth County alone.
Edit: If you're in the CNJ/NNJ area, check out NY Metro, we have Humpday (Wednesday) meets every week usually in Paramus and sometimes we hit up the Grease Trucks at Rutgers.

That's what I really need as my local store only carries something called blue magic vinyl cleaner.

hmm.. I work somewhat close to Paramus and I am a grease trucks Alum. If I showed up one of those day that would work out perfect.
