Can't go wrong with Zaino.
Just put about 10 coats on Zaino on them before you mount them. You should be fine.

wheel wax is a blend of carnuba and synthetics...
i have used it, but prefer a pure synthetic- like zaino, as mentioned above.
i have carnubaed the wheels too, but the heat of wheels dissapates carnubas pretty quickly.

wheel wax looks like pudding and it's not worth the 17 bucks
I used it on my BMW with 18" AC Schnitzer wheels and I loved it!! The BMWs create brake dust like CRAZY and it kept the dust down to a minimum.
It is kinda hard to remove if you let it haze too long... I let it sit for maybe 2 minutes max before I started to remove it.
It made a noticeable difference in keeping brake dust down. I'm going to apply it to my S2000 as soon as I have the wheels off so I can get the inside too
It's definately different than standard wax... seems to be tougher since the wheels take a lot more beating than your paint. I got my can for like $10 and it was worth it IMO.

I would suggest using Swissol Autobahn Wax for them. Dreamer introduced me to this stuff and it is very very good IMHO. To make it bond to the wheel properly you need to wash the wheels in Swissol cleaner fluid.
Take the wheels off the car (or just delay the dealer putting them on until you can buy some then wash nthe wheel, and apply liberally.
It brings out a fantastic shine and keeps the brake dust at bay. Be careful though the inside surface of the Honda wheels absolutely eats applicator pads.
You can find these 2 products here but this is a UK based site I believe however if you click on the US flag I think they have international connections and may therefore have a US distributor.

The wheels are still sitting in my foyer - I haven't put them on yet (waiting for tires and lug nuts to arrive). I may look into that stuff. I checked the US distributor and they didn't have anything online. I might have to call them.
The wheels aren't Honda OEM so I won't worry about the finish eating up applicator pads.
Thanks!

If you really are after some and are having problems PM me and I'll get some over here and send it over to you.
I'm sure we can sort something out but the US distributor should have some I guess
