I like it when I re-black the air strakes in front of the front wheels (among all other things people have already mentioned). That's probably one of my favorites for some reason.

Personal: You know where the tire meets the wheel ... that last centimeter where the tire tucks in ... I have to put tire dressing in there or the whole wheel looks whack.

Dashboard, I see it the most! Carpet because any specks of dust can be seen so easily. Doorjam.
