Default What to use to buff in wax and take it off?

I just picked up a bottle of zymol cleaner wax and I was wondering what I should use to buff it out. I have a berlina black and the zymol claims that it will take out the swirls. I bought some applicator pads but I dont know what material to use to buff it out. What do you guys use? I have some terry cloths but it seems too rough to be used on black. Any comments are appreciated, thanks. Oh btw I plan on buying the zaino kit, just seeing if this will work and if it does.. its way cheaper than zaino. Thanks!

I only trust Microfiber towels anymore. Even the very best 100% cotton terry cloth towels scratch.

i would apply and remove by porter cable...
apply with a white pad and remove with a microfiber bonnet over lambswool.
btw, if you go zaino be sure to remove the zymol first. my recollection is that zymol (the cleaner wax) is a swirl cover, and not a true swirl remover.

IMO , it may be way cheaper now, but in the long term, worse for your colour

Even with Zaino you will need to use a true polish to remove the swirls. Z5 simply fills the imperfections, just as Zymol does.

And, as others have mentioned, use MF to remove the wax.

also keep in mind that a true swirl remover works by actually removing some of the clear coat in order to remove or minimize the swirl. so you dont want to swirl remove too often. once you have enough visible swirls, then remove them... until then, a swirl cover is fine.
