Since I'm not fortunate enough to have a garage at my house I leave the S (my daily driver, with my GMC truck) covered outside. Thus, when I go out I like to give it a quick clean up to get the dust and goop off of it.

I like the Carnuba over Klasse, but I may go with just the Klasse next time just to see how it goes.

It's funny, I gave my car the Zaino treatment a few weeks ago and then put on a fresh coat of Z2pro (which I got after I did my car) and a good wipe-down with Z8... The surface wasn't QUITE as smooth and slippery as I'd expected, but it was very reflective.

I threw a coat of P21S over it a couple nights ago to see if I could encourage some additional depth and it really seemed to mute the finish, but man it's slippery (the cat jumped onto the hood and proceeded to fall and slip right off hehe)... Sort of disappointing. I guess I'll just wait for the P21S to wear away... Maybe a wipe-down with a carnuba-based QD?

Perhaps with the Klasse it really pops, but this new Zaino formulation isn't giving me that. *shrug*

Anime,

When I got my truck (blue and silver) I realized how well silver hides dirt and defects. That is why I picked the Silverstone S2000.

Now I also see that you can work your ass of on the finish of your paint, yet there is clearly a finite gloss, depth and shine that you will get.

Sort of a diminishing rate of return on investment of work. 10% of work to get 90% of the finish, then 90% of work to bring out that last 10% of "pop".

Of course, if we didn't care about that last 10%, this forum wouldn't exist!
