Default what speed to use for PC & Plast-x

I will be getting another car this weekend and the headlights are seriously hazed. I ordered the 4" ccs white polishing pads, and I already have plast-x. At what speed should I use this set-up?

Also, since I am using 4" pads on the pc, which counter-weight should I use? I have the 5 & 6 counter-weights.

start out pretty slow... around 3- test an area and make sure you like what you see.

i like powerballs with plastic polish too- ever tried one?

I thought about the powerball, but not sure my cordless drill has enough power.

When I use the 3.5" backing plate with a 4" pad, should I use the 5 counterweight or not use a counterweight at all with the PC? I rahter do it right and not have problems with my PC.
