What do you guys use to clean the polishing pads after they've been used? Same with waxing applicators, finishing pads, etc...?

Thanks.

I usually let the pads soak in a bucket for a bit immediately after I use them. When I'm done detailing, I wash them with hot water and Dawn

For the one time that I've cleaned my pads, I used Pinnacle XMT Pad Cleaner. It came with the Edge2000 pad kit I bought from Autogeek and it worked great! Just spray it on, let it sit for a few seconds, and the rinse under running water.

Check out MikeyC's review that I linked above.
