did you go back to the body shop and ask wtf they did?
that would be my first step, because they KNOW that is not a professional job. you have the right to complain and the job MUST be done right. i would go back first before you touch the paint because if you touch it and it still doesnt get fixed and you try to go back they can blame it on you.

I posted on the Houston forum to find a reputable shop or individual to try to polish it out.
