Can you put these in the washing machine and hang dry them, or do you have to throw them away when they get dirty?

I cleaned them in the washing machine & put them in the dryer (low heat) - didn't seem to do any damage.

Hey Lajster,
Perma-grin hasn't gone away yet!

re: microfiber towels -- wash-n-dry at home no problem. I hit 'em with an extra rinse cycle just to be sure. They came out like new.

Just wash them with other microfiber only. I washed one with a cotton terry towel and had tons of lint get stuck to the microfiber.

supposedly you shouldn't dry microfiber towels in the dryer cuz it doesn't take much heat to melt the fibers. i just toss them in on low and take them out before they're fully dry - then i let them air dry the rest of the way. they dry pretty quickly. and yes, you should wash them separately cuz lint gets trapped in all those 1,000's of little fibers and never come back out again.

Wash them in the washing machine but make sure you use liquid detergent and no fabric softener so no powder residue gets stuck in them. As far as drying I dry my Griots in the dryer all of the time because they said I could when i bought them. My others I dry on low/air only.
