303 is non greasy, but will leave a shine to the dash. I use a MF towel and a small new paint brush (great crevice duster) to clean the dash.

good question... we usually talk about the protectant on this board, but they do make both

if vinyl is really dirty, i use an apc... otherwise i usually just use the protectant to wipe down the vinyl. it will get the dust and light grime off no problem.
