Just bought a Siebon C/F hood. I want to wax it so it is well protected from the elements. It has a clearcoat so it most likely can be treated like the rest of the car. Does anyone have experience with waxing and polishing carbon fiber?

 

i do my buddy's Mugen CF hood (Xplosiv on this board) and it's quite fine for any porter cable use with compounds like poorboys, dacp as well as the finishing app like klasses, wolfgang etc..

 

I just treat mine like any other part of the car.

 

wax away, it has a clear coat on it...
