Wax before winter?
I just picked up my 01 S2 and was thinking about buying a PC and a bunch of supplies to get it to shine but is it worth it? The car is white so you cant realy notice any swirls and with winter almost here its only going to see rain. Should i wait till spring or what?

You should definitely wax or seal the paint to protect it. However, if your area sees a lot of snow during the winter then I would just wait for spring for polishing.

Not to steal the thread but, I just got all my zaino in the mail and was thinking.... Should I just wait and zaino my car in the spring? It will be sitting in the garage all winter with a cover on it. Just wash it good be for I put it away?

washing is always good before putting it away. even though its going to sit covered all winter, wax it anyways. It will help repel dust and any moisture that might be present in the garage. The more protection the paint has, the better.

I agree if the car will be sitting in the garage, why not (if you have the time) just get it all polished up and ready to go for the first warm day.
I believe even though you have a white car you can clean it up and make it perfect.
I would go with Menzerna 106 or 85rd and get rid of everything possible and then put a coat of FMJ on it.
