Default Washing Stock Exhaust Tip

Just out of curiousity, what is the easiest to clean our exhaust tips? I have a stock exhaust. What products do you guys use?

I seem to neglect my exhaust tip the most when i do my washes and now it is starting to show by the dirtiness of them.

thanks guys!

You should be washing your exhaust tips along with the rest of your car. This will minimize the build up. If you start off with something like NEVR-DULL at the beginning of your car wash and then wash the tips along with the car, you will never have this problem again.

good stuff above...

mine gets done just about once a week with my detail sprays.
when i wash the car, i always do the exhaust with the rag that i use for inside the door jambs, inside trunk, etc.- do the exhaust last.
and you dont need anything special if you do it that way.

if you dont hit it often, then just about any kinda metal polish will do. i have used them all and they all work well. i also like zaino on the exhaust once its clean. carnuba doesnt last very long due to the heat.

You can get NEVR-DULL at any auto parts store, I've even seen it at a couple Wal-Marts and Targets. I used to use it on my polished chrome wheels, but I've never used it on my S wheels. That's not to say it couldn't be done, but I'm not going to say either way...

Blue Magic metal polishing cream. That stuff will bring back any metal finish.
