I use woolite on cold/cold in the washing machine and delicate/low on the drier. I have not had any issues.

I wash and rinse mine in warm water, the second rinse/spin, using micro-restore detergent I got from autogeek. I dry them in the dryer, low heat, no fabric sheet.

Wash cold/cold, tumble dry, no heat.

I remember we used to stay away from heat but that was debunked by a manufacturer.

Pre-wash - then wash - then rinse cycle. Rinse with a dash of vinegar.
Short cool drying cycle and fold when slighty moist.
Don't mix rags from wheel or engine bay cleaning in with MF towels.

(Back from the dead)

How well does this process work at getting waxes, sealants, and polishes out of the towels though? I bought some MF Detergent from DD, and I plan on washing them by hand, using 100-110 degree water, to help remove the old polishes and waxes, but any other tips?
