Wash in cold weather.
I don't have a heated garage so I'm in a pickle. Here's my winter plan for those days when it's 34F and I really can't spend several hours washing and waxing the car:
1. Go to hand-spray car wash.
2. Fill bucket with car wash soap and hot water from hand spray.
3. Sponge down / hand wash.
4. Use spray to gently rinse off car.
5. Use hand spray's "wax" jet to wax car down
6. Use hand spray's wash to rinse car again
I can do the entire thing in 30 min or less this way... and I know that the hand spray's wax coating is no Zaino, but I can't do multi-hour waxes regularly. This on the other hand I can do every Saturday (so long as the temp is above freezing) and I think the spray-on hot wax should be sufficient for a week?
Thoughts?

i like the basic wash idea...
my change-
instead of a spray wax, i would take along p21s (very quick and easy to apply and remove) and do a real wax. you can wax your car with that stuff in no time-
spray wax does not bind well and will not protect like a real carnuba, such as p21s.

I would just take it to a pro place and spend $20.00 for a hand wash inside and just not wash the car as often if money is a concern. You'll get hairline and spider web scratches if you wash the car half-ass.
