Default W&W wackos at the Nor'Easter

Just wondering which wash & wax wackos are going to be attending the New England Nor'Easter? I've really been pushing the organizing committee to add as much possible to the event for the wash & wax minded folk. Here are some wash & wax highlights for those attending or thinking of attending . . .
  • car wash area at the hotel (buckets, mitts, soap provided by NES2KO)
  • Show & Shine competition
  • Free S2000 Detailing Guide
  • New sponsor!! Autogeek.net providing several car care prizes.

Also, special shiney guest appearance by . . . my car

For more info on the event see the Nor'Easter forum or simply click on the banner in my signature.

I'm not coming, but good to hear you've got it all together, Mikey. Autogeek sponsor = too. Can't wait to get my copy of the Guide.

You are going to send me one, right?

Absolutely!! Anyone who contributed the detailing guide I am writing is definitely getting a copy. Also, anyone who wants one can have a copy as well. However, it's not 100% done yet. Glen, G-S2K is coming over tomorrow so that we can detail his S together. This should allow me to snap the remaining pictures I need for the guide.

Just to tease you a little the guide is up to 61 pages now. I still have 3 chapters left to write out of the 20 I outlined. Once I get all the remaining text written and the additional pictures inserted the guide will likely be close to 70 pages. I also still need to proof read everything and do a little bit of cleanup editing. It should be no problem to have it done for the Nor'Easter, but it's certainly been more work than I anticipated.

That's right! Not only is Glenn's car back on the road, but we made it REALLY shiny. I'll post up a thread of our detail real soon. I just haven't gotten to it yet.

Also, on the subject of the Nor'Easter. I just got a shipment from our new Nor'Easter sponsor Autogeek and they have sent us ~$500 worth of Detailer's Pride products and Autogeek hats to give away. They sent us polishes, foam buffer pads, brushes, microfibers, interior cleaner, wax . . . you name it and we probably have it to give away!!

Register for the Nor'Easter and fly out. I'm sure someone's passenger seat is free.
