Default Unhappy with results of touch-up paint (not surprised)...

I just finished touching up 2 rock chips on my Silverstone S, and needless to say, I am less than thrilled w/ the results. The paint I used was from H and A accessories, that little pen. When it dried, it was too dark. Has anyone tried going to a paint shop and getting a custom mix for their car?? I am thinking about doing this, but I thought I would check here first, so I don't waste anymore time and money.

Thanks guys,
-Rick

Thanks
The pen I bought is the correct paint code #, and I mixed it for like 10 minutes, and even pre-tested it on a piece of paper to make sure the mix was homogenous

I just bought a bottle of touch up paint from a local Honda dealership here in Orlando, and it only cost me $4.

Well, I sent the wife to my local paint shop today while I was at work. I'm currently in the process of re-doing the 2 paint chips. I just finished putting on a second coat, and so far the paint looks like it matches MUCH better than the touch-up paint....but who knows how it will turn out in the end...
