Top Care in Guam?

Top Care in Guam?
So, I need to condition my top (Robbins) and I hear that RaggTopp is a good way to go. I want to buy their kit (which is widely available online), but I guess it is impossible to fly the aerosol can over here (Guam). I just wanted to know everyone thoughts like, is that part of the kit even necessary?, or if there's another good option that doesn't use aerosol, or if there is some way I can ship it out here because no one here carries it.

Fabric or vinyl? Vinyl comes in non-aerosol.
Raggtopp is one option. If your top is fabric 303 makes a fabric protectant that comes in a pump.
If you're only looking to clean the top it isn't. If you're looking to protect it the protectant is necessary.
