titanium shift knob
Anyone have suggestions on how to remove small scratches on the titanium shift knob? (presumably from the previous owner's rings...) Thanks.

Replace it with a Voodoo knob, shorter better shift throws for less than $35. And remove your rings or wear gloves while driving.
If your insistent on removing scratches from titanium then try jeweler's rouge and a dremel tool with a polishing wheel. This may affect any exisiting coating that may be on the knob, and end up worse then your existing condition.

To actually answer the question.........Yes but its hard!
What you would need to do is probably mount the shifter on a drill press and tighten that sucker down.....spin it up and get some metal sand paper and go at it! This way you keep the circular pattern of the knob. Though I have not done this it seems the only way to do it.
You can also order a Ti Honda shift knob. This VODOOO something or other is a big round ball right? Dosen't do a thing for me!
